HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: The Inquiry

Fill out the questionnaire below with your ideas, dimensions, and preferred colors. I’ll review your request and put together a preliminary design concept tailored to your interior.

Step 2: Quote & Timeline

You will receive a clear, straightforward quote and an estimated lead time (typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece). No hidden fees and no surprises.

Step 3: Crafting Your Piece

Once you give the go-ahead on the design and place your order, my artisans and I will begin handcrafting your custom shyrdak or tapestry using 100% natural wool.

Step 4: Approval & Shipping

When your custom piece is finished, I will send you high-resolution photos for your final approval. Once you are 100% happy with the result, your order will be carefully packed and shipped worldwide via DHL or FedEx (fully tracked and insured).
