Furthermore, because our items are purely handmade from natural wool, minor variations in color, size, texture, and pattern are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CUSTOM COMMISSIONS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that custom commissions and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges, except for US customers, for whom customs duties are covered by us as detailed in our Shipping Policy. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
