At Naima Wool Studio, each handcrafted rug and felt tapestry is securely packed and shipped via premium carriers.

1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

2. Shipping Costs & Duties (DDP)
FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders.
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Naima Wool Studio covers all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. The price at checkout is the final price the customer pays.

3. Carriers & Delivery Requirements
We ship via fully insured DHL Express or FedEx.
A signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

4. Processing & Handling Times
Ready-to-Ship Items: dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: production takes 4–8 weeks. Items are shipped immediately after final quality control.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (17:00) EST.

5. Transit & Delivery Estimates
Transit time: 4–8 business days.
Total delivery for Ready-to-Ship items: 5–11 business days from the order date.
Total delivery for Made-to-Order items: 4–9 weeks from the order date.
